There’s something about this combination. The addictive flavour of coffee with the soothing, soft flavour of cardamom. It is as if they were made for each other.
This truffle is fun, because I use alle the different kinds of coffee I find on my travels and here in Amsterdam, where there are many roasteries with amazing coffee.
