Characteristics of the Product

Shelf life:
Shelf life is 3 months, however on the packaging we put a shorter 'best before date', as a higher quality experience of the delicacies is best enjoyed within a month of purchase. 
Best kept in a dark, cool place, under 18°

For finest taste experience serve at room temperature.

Allergy information:
Contains (or may contain traces or derived products of) nuts, sesame seeds & peanuts.

All Chocoláctica treats are handmade, so size and weight may vary between production batches.
150g of Chocoláctica treats contain between 12-15 treats.
300g of Chocoláctica treats contain between 25-30 treats.

Consumers are reminded of the legal guarantee. If the product does not comply to the reasonable expectation of the buyer as meant in article 7:17 BW, then the buyer has all the rights that are connected to this law.

Inditement of the Agreement

Orders will be processed as soon as payment has been received from the buyer.
Buyer should supply a valid name and shipping address.
Custom orders/wishes should be communicated clearly to Chocoláctica either through e-mail or written message during the order process.

Shipping Time:

1-5 working days (Monday-Friday)
Shipping will be delayed if temperatures are above 25 degrees celcius, as there can be no quality guarantee at these temperatures. 
Chocoláctica cannot be held responsible for delivery time once product has been shipped.
Shipping company is PostNL and is responsible for delivery.

Each product is sent with a Track&Trace number.

Additional PostNL fees will apply when shipping abroad. This is calculated when you fill in your abroad adress on the order.

Right of Withdrawal

There is no right of dissolution withdrawal as meant in article 6:230o BW since the product that is

bought is perishable, as stated in article 6:230 p sub f under 2o BW.
